In the last game of Group A in the Swedish Cup, Dalkurd and Gefle played an insignificant game. None of the teams had the chance to advance from the group. Dalkurd thought they had scored in the beginning of the game, but Younes Bnou Marzouk was offside. Instead it was Gefle who opened the score. Jonas Lantto assisted Piotr Johansson with a great ball and Johansson could make it 0-1, being alone with Sixten Mohlin. Moments later, Gefle almost doubled their lead, when a header was lengthened on to the far post. But instead of 0-2, Dalkurd managed to equalize. Ammar Ahmed made the best from a free-kick and it was 1-1.

Dalkurd played better in the second half and took the lead by Yukiya Sugita, who had come on. His shot deflected off a Gefle defender and into the goal. Dalkurd also had chances for 3-1. Andrew Stadler came closest as he tried to steer in the ball with a back-heel, but the goal keeper could save. Instead of 3-1, Gefle could equalize in the end of the game. A bit of careless play from the Dalkurd defense lead to 2-2, as Sebastian Sandlund could score in an open net. It was also the end result of the game and Dalkurd finished third in the group with one point.
